A format for coding video sequences, designed by the company
RAD Game Tools.
This format is similar to the FLI format, but uses a better compression and a richer set
of options for setting the resulting quality. The pallet comprises 256 colors.
This format is most frequently used in games (e.g., Startcraft, Carmageddon, and others).
